It’s been a while, LJ! July is being an extremely complicated month for me… u.u But, life has moments like these and I have to give my best! ^.^ Plus I have Arashi to help me to rest and to keep smiling! ^.~ So, let me write about them! ^.^

Sho-chan is still busy filming Nazodi’s movie, although it seems the first part of the filming (the overseas part) is over, and, now, he is certainly focused on covering the Olympics and he will travel to London, actually, it seems he will be between Japan and London during the games, it will surely be tiring, I hope he takes good care of his health!

Oh, and since I am writing about the Olympics, NTV’s theme song for the games will be from Arashi and its preview was released on the beginning of the month, it is called Akashi (“Proof”) and it has the game’s spirit in my opinion, I like it! ^.^

Nino finished filming the 24hs TV Special Drama and he changed his hair, it is still with a light color, but not yellow and it is shorter! ^.^ I hope he can rest a little, although he will have to take care of his corner on 24hs TV!

Like I mentioned on my previous post, Jun-kun, Riida and Aiba-chan were less busy… Do you remember the trip to New York City that I also mentioned? Well, it was not only Jun-kun who went there, but Riida and Aiba-chan too, a Juntoshiba trip! \o/ But it was not exactly a leisure trip, but a work related trip… They also could enjoy themselves, Junba went shopping while Riida played with birds and slept on the sun at Central Park (and got tanned), they went eating hot dogs like in Hanadan (Aiba-chan wanted too XD) and probably more things that we won’t know! XD But the main objective was to watch Broadway Musicals and Cirque du Solei performances so they could have new ideas for their new concert that was announced!

Yes, a new concert, or better, an Arashi festival called Arafes! They will be performing at Kokuritsu this year, in September, and the next one again! I am extremely happy that they will be able to be at Kokuritsu again and to say goodbye to the way it is right now (the stadium will be reformed), the only group to perform there six straight years, I am really proud of them! ^.^ And it won’t be a common concert (well, their concerts are never common) – they will perform songs chosen by the fans and it will be only the five of them, without back dancers and juniors! The voting is already opened and it will go until 31^st of July, fans can vote at J-Web for 3 favorite coupling songs, 3 favorite singles and 3 favorite songs from albums! Sadly, I don’t have an iPhone or an Android so I can’t vote… But I am sure great songs will be chosen and it will be an amazing concert! I really hope they will make a DVD from it! *crossing fingers*

On the beginning of the month, the boys appeared in a video message at Hey!x3 congratulating Downtown (the pair that host the show) for their 30^th anniversary! It was short, but cute! ^.^

On th 14^th, 15^th and 16^th, they did Waku Waku event again at Osaka! It was pretty similar to the previous ones at Tokyo Dome, with some small changes. Aiba-chan’s, Sho-chan’s and Riida’s classes were pretty much the same. Aiba-chan changed the fish he used to make sushi at each lesson, so the questionnaire about the fish also changed. At Sho-chan’s class, at each lesson, it was a different member who would give the mannequin a bath – even himself did it while Nino took his place. At Riida’s class, the only change was the one who won the smiling contest – it was a different member at each lesson, although Aiba-chan was the one who won the most! XD

At each lesson, Nino changed the way he showed that we have pre conceived notions – he used doors, umbrellas and so on… But, usually, Aiba-chan and Riida were his victims to the experiments! XD Also, the race at the end changed a little at each lesson and they even made a bread race and a water gun fight! XD

Finally, Jun-kun changed the member whose origin he talked about at each lesson! ^.^ So, he talked about Sho-chan and Aiba-chan and he even made a recapitulation of the four of them! ^.^ At the last lesson, on the 16^th, Nino took his class and talked about Jun-kun’s origin, which made me really happy! ^.^

In short, we could learn that Sho-chan was already a child with his own opinion at 5 years old, he even argued with his mother and went home alone with that age… He also loved sports since them! Aiba-chan was a shy child, but he also performed well at recitals and competitions! ^.^ Although, he was sick and at the hospital a lot…

As I am biased, let me write more about Jun-kun! ^.^ He was delivery 2 weeks later and his mother had to have a cesarean because he wouldn’t come out! XD He was a big and healthy baby! His mother chose the kanji of his name that means moist/richness, because she wanted him to be someone who brings richness/warmth to others.

At five years old, he already listened to his own music at his walkman because he was influenced by his cousin! He had a fragile skin, he would get wounds if he was bitten by insects! That’s why he had to carry those things that make sound to keep the insects away even when he was filming Kindaichi!

He had good grades, he was good with musical instruments and he was at table tennis club but he was not so good at arts… Nino showed several of his drawings and made the members guess what was drawn! XD It was a fun part of the class! I was happy to learn a little more of chibi Jun-kun! ^.^

Still on the important events, it was aired at the news shows about what Jun-kun’s and Sho-chan’s corner will be at 24hs TV as well as a little more about Nino’s special drama – it will be touching and I will sure cry… Sho-chan will talk about a girl who would be part of Nadeshiko Japan team but died at the earthquake… and he will play soccer with the girls from her team, together with Sawa-san!

Jun-kun went to the music club of a school in the affected area and he will conduct the performance of the club orchestra at 24hs TV, he even learned how to be the maestro of the orchestra! ^.^

I am really looking forward to 24hs TV!

A new CM staring the five of them was aired – this time, they are endorsing Nissan! There will also be CMs with each of them talking about a specific car – Aiba-chan’s one and Nino’s one are already out! There are so many Juntoshi moments in this CM and CM making that my fangirl heart was really happy, thanks Nissan! XD

There are also two new Hitachi CMs – Nino and Jun-kun cleaning the house with magic and Nino wanting to fly with a vacuum cleaner XD; and Sho-chan and Jun-kun transforming themselves into rice, with the bonus of Jun-kun in a traditional outfit, making the tea ceremony! ^.^

Still on the CMs topic, a new Fasio CM with Jun-kun and Kiritani Mirei was aired! As always, he was extremely gorgeous in it, showing his amazing eyes power! ^.~

Since the boys are doing so many activities together (Waku Waku, 24hs TV, Arafes), there was a magazine matsuri featuring them, here are some pictures!

Writing about their regular TV Shows, the ratings got a little better, still not the best, especially Shiyagare that dropped a little…

VS Arashi keep being extremely fun in my opinion! The highlight for me was the episode in which “Rich Man, Poor Woman” drama team went and Jun-kun could meet his precious friend Shun-kun, I love those two together! And Jun-kun was extremely hyper in the episode! So much, that Riida was jealous of the two good friends on national television – perfect episode! ^.^

Also, they showed a real VS Dural Curling “park” (I don’t know how to call) that was inaugurated in Odaiba, I wish I could go there to play! ^.^

At HnA, we had a Mannequin Battle between Junba and Mukai Osamu and his drama’s co-stars, they were judged by cute little actress and the audience were cute little boys! Unfortunately, Jun-kun was a little too wild for children! XD I really thinking he was trolling especially because he didn’t know about the children and he and Aiba-chan had just got back from NY…

Finally, on Shiyagare, we could have fun with Arashi writing a song (Niku in Fire) but the highlight, for me, was to see them wearing soccer uniforms and playing (and no one being able to make Brazil go down XD) and Juntoshi acting a Hanadan scene – my fangirl heart was in heaven! *.* On this week episode, they showed the top ratings episode and a message from them since it’s summer! ^.^ Next week one, we will have Kanjani, it will be fun, although, I am worried if they will make it alive! XD
